Can’t sign in?
Fixes for the most common sign-in problems, and how invitations work.
Invitations
Registration is currently by invitation only. Invitations are sent by workspace owners and administrators to the email address of the invited person. Accounts cannot be created on request.
Forgotten password
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If an account exists for the address you enter, you will receive reset instructions. The message is the same whether or not the account exists.
Single sign-on
Team workspaces can use single sign-on. Choose Sign in with SSO and enter your organization’s domain. If the domain is not set up, ask your administrator.
