Developers
The REST API gives signed-in accounts programmatic access to files, shares and events.
Authentication
Send a bearer token in the Authorization header. Tokens are created under Settings → Developer after signing in. Requests without a valid token return 401 Unauthorized.
Example
A request without a token is rejected:
GET /api/v2/files HTTP/2
Host: <your-domain>
Authorization: Bearer <token>
HTTP/2 401
content-type: application/json
{"error":"unauthorized"}
Endpoints
GET | /api/v2/files | List files and folders |
POST | /api/v2/files | Create a file or folder |
GET | /api/v2/shares | List shared links |
POST | /api/v2/shares | Create a shared link |
GET | /api/v2/events | Poll for changes |
Rate limits
Requests are limited per token. When the limit is exceeded the API returns 429 with a Retry-After header.
